A new and exciting position is opening with a growing company in Townsville.
Our company is looking for highly motivated individuals who are able to not only work as an individual but also within a team with a passion for the wide range of technologies available in todays world. Because this is a customer service role and not sales, dealing with a wide and diverse range of clients, proven customer service skills are a must.
Our company is dedicated to providing our clients with up-to-date information on technology available on the market as well as assisting them to gain the most from the technology that they already have.
Your role will include:
- Providing clients with an understanding of their technology and its capabilities
- Identifying the clients needs and providing them with the relevant information, hardware or software
- Set-up/Updating Hardware and/or Software
Essential:
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- IT Experience (Hardware & Software)
- Knowledge in Windows (XP-8), Apple OS and Linux
- Knowledge in Windows Mobile, Apple IOS and Android
- Drivers License & Car
Desirable:
- Telecommunications Experience
- IT Cert 3 or above
There are currently 4 positions that are being offered. The successful applicants will start out on a 6-month contract.
