Customer Relationship Manager in WEST END, Queensland for sale

What is the Customer Relationship Manager role? You’ll be the front line of our debt collection business playing a key role as part of our operation. You'll be a problem solver, so if you're curious and motivated to find answers, this job's for you You'll be given a portfolio of accounts and will spend half your time investigating leads to find out the whereabouts of our customers and the other half working with them to design a realistic way to resolve their outstanding balance. You don’t need prior collections experience and could be currently working in retail, fast-food, hospitality or trades. We work hard and at a fast pace so being results focused is a must. Paid extensive and structured training before you start the role – you will be well-equipped Negotiable salary package based on experience with uncapped monthly bonus Our starting salary for a CRM is a base of $48K for someone with no previous corporate experience Nationally recognised Certificate III and IV in Financial Services - on us Potential to move into a senior role in 12 months All of our operational leaders started off as a Customer Relationship Manager, so career progression is just not lip service, we practice what we preach.
