Tamron 15-30m f/2.8 VC - Canon Mount - Brand New in WEST END, Queensland for sale

This is Tamron's new entry into the fast aperture and wide angle arena. Most of the comparisons have been with the Nikkor 14-24 and the Canon 16-35. This is a more affordable option by a significant margin. The lens retails for $1200-1400 in Australia, and $1100 US on Amazon.
I recently won a copy of this lens from Tamron, but I already own the Canon 16-35 and I'm more comfortable with that lens.
I've included some images of the lens mounted on my 6D. There are plenty of comparisons on all the major sites from the past few months, but the one from DP review is pretty comprehensive (http:⁄⁄bit.ly⁄1KiPw2P).
This is the only wide angle in this range with vibration compensation, and you can definitely notice it when shooting in low light handheld.
Major drawback for me compared to the Canon is the convex glass, which prevents the use of filters.
