The room itself is extremely spacious with air-conditioning, TV port, shelving & built in cupboards. The bathroom has 2 sinks, large shower and a large spa bath. The room is currently mine however I am moving state for a career opportunity and am looking for someone move in asap.
The penthouse is very open living, large kitchen, lounge & dining with a massive Balcony. Looking for someone who can contribute to furniture.
Rent is $200 per week + internet ($20 per month) & electricity. You will have your own car park in addition. The complex has 2 pools and good entertaining areas.
About the housemates - They are both professionals. One FIFO worker therefore only home on weekends and the other travels for work on occassion therefore you will have the apartment on your own at times. They are both friendly, very easy going and like to be social; however this isn't a party house.
